A challenging start to my trip
The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our experience more enjoyable. Resting in the beautifully decorated common areas felt calming after a day of exploring.
Unfortunately, I faced hot water issues my last morning, which was frustrating considering the price I paid. A better breakfast variety could also enhance the overall experience.

i was absolutely thrilled when i arrived, only to discover the hot water was ‘unavailable’ during my last morning—how delightful. also, the breakfast was in a lovely location, albeit mediocre. for the price i paid, i expected a complimentary upgrade at the very least, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. i just couldn’t believe it.

The beds were huge and super comfy, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, which made for a great stay. I loved soaking up the sun by the pool and relaxing on the sun loungers in the beautiful garden area. The only hiccup was a bit of a cold shower right before I left, but I was lucky to have family nearby to use their bathroom. 😊

I stayed in a Superior Double room, and the huge comfortable beds made it so inviting! The breakfast was a good spread with freshly baked croissants and fresh juices that fueled my day perfectly. Plus, the rooftop dining area offered amazing views of the port, where I could relax and soak in the gentle breeze while enjoying my meal.
